Scene Connect Ltd has been appointed to provide project management services to steer the development and implementation of Energising Moray’s plans. This includes investigating the feasibility of community investment in the proposed Clash Gour Wind Farm, the potential for managing community benefit, and operating a community renewable energy hub. Work will include stakeholder mapping and engagement, and a review of approaches to organisational development and constitution.
